Description

Hatha classes include exercises and asanas (postures) to build strength, flexibility, and focus, accompanied by breathing and meditation exercises to reduce stress and anxiety. Emphasis is placed on holding each posture for several breaths. Explore both familiar and unfamiliar postures with this physical practice, at a pace suitable for all.
