Join us for Saturday Yoga! Each month classes will focus on a new theme, giving you the opportunity to build your practice. Classes are all levels - all bodies and experience levels welcome!!! Strengthen your body, dive deeper into breath and meditation practices, and develop consistency and discipline on and off the mat. Our focus in June will be BACKBENDS. Learn how to properly backbend your spine, build strength, and open up your heart! Our focus in July will be BALANCE. Practice balance in both body & mind through fun postures and breathing techniques. Our focus in August will be SHOULDERS & NECK. Release tension and build strength in the upper body! *This class will be held outdoors at Genesee Park! Please pre-register to receive updates - in the event of inclement weather class will be held indoors at The Conservatory. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and dress for the weather. Meet near 42nd Ave S & S Conover Way in the grassy field.

Cancellation Policy

FOR YOGA CLASSES: •If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Reservations canceled less than 1 hour before the start of class are non-refundable. •In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, you will receive a full refund.
