Hatha classes include exercises and asanas (postures) to build strength, flexibility, and focus, accompanied by breathing and meditation exercises to reduce stress and anxiety. Emphasis is placed on holding each posture for several breaths. Explore both familiar and unfamiliar postures with this physical practice, at a pace suitable for all. *This class will be held outdoors at Genesee Park! Please pre-register to receive updates - in the event of inclement weather class will be held indoors at The Conservatory. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and dress for the weather. Meet near 42nd Ave S & S Conover Way in the grassy field.

Cancellation Policy

FOR YOGA CLASSES: •If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Reservations canceled less than 1 hour before the start of class are non-refundable. •In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, you will receive a full refund.
